CO-PACKING
Co-Packers can create customized Foodservice products. If you’re interested, please complete and submit the Co-Packing Questionnaire (which you can fill out and submit online as well via the contact page) and NDA before contacting us. Once we’ve reviewed it with you, our Product Development department can begin coordinating your formulation to match your recipe.

PRIVATE LABEL
The majority of PK’s Private Label products—including sauces, marinades and dressings and more—can be produced for Foodservice. Please request additional information and rates.

RETAIL
Many of PK’s customers have both retail and Foodservice offerings. A typical grocery store’s meat/seafood department may offer marinated products (Foodservice) from their case as well as offer the same or similar products on their shelves. PK has a full line of Private Label Foodservice products for that specific reason. The advantage: the meat department, for example, can introduce new flavors through its marinaded meats and offer the same product in bottles on the shelf. We call it an “eatable” brochure—an effective way to introduce your customers to new flavors.

RESTAURANTS
Restaurateurs can customize Foodservice products or select from PK Private Label offerings. The measurable advantages:

your choice of containers and sizes
PK stocks several standard-sized HDPE plastic containers for Foodservice: 1/2 gallon, 1 gallon and 5 gallon sizes. The shelf-life is typically around six months but may vary depending on the product type. Non-stock packaging generally requires longer lead times, minimum orders and extra charges.

generic or custom labels
Foodservice labels are generally very simple and contain only FDA-required elements as these labels are ordinarily not seen by customers. We offer stock 3”x5” white matte labels that have the required elements printed in black. Or if you wish, we can make arrangements for you to provide your own label, or PK can also develop a retail label for you if you are presenting customer-facing products (such as ketchups or mustards for deli counters).
