WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTION SERVICES
PK understands that small-batch Artisan Purveyors have challenges finding the right warehouse services that meet their growth needs and their budget. We have a dedicated 5,000 sq ft warehouse adjacent to our production facility—the goal of which is to provide a select group of PK Artisan client’s Warehouse & Distribution Services to help them scale their businesses.
PK has outlined services into distinct Warehouse categories so our clients can select specific services to meet their current needs. Distribution & Logistics Services coordinate with the Warehouse Services. This allows clients to utilize additional services as they grow without incurring additional expenses during their early stages of growth.
Storage
We store product inventory in a food-safe environment.
Handling
General turnaround time is five business days. However, seasonal conditions change timing.
Order Processing
Clients receive orders from retailers and distributors. They then forward all orders to PK for fulfillment.
Pick ‘n Pull
PK tracks inventory, pulls cases or pallets, places marketing and invoicing materials into shipment and accommodates rush orders.
Shipping
PK handles your shipping and receiving from the initial order through the shipping process.
Inventory
PK tracks and documents shipping flow and informs our clients of what/when product has shipped.
Purveyors Kitchen handles your shipping and receiving from the initial order through shipping completion.
how it works
WAREHOUSE SETUP
All new warehouse clients are required to complete a Warehouse Service Packet (please inquire). Each client will be set up into the PK Warehouse System, assigned a location. Then together we’ll select specific services to meet your needs.
SHIPPER SETUP
Each client is required to set up billing accounts with PK for shipping costs or you can maintain a credit card on file for shipping fees. PK will assist you with this process.
E-COMMERCE SETUP
PK will fulfill orders from your website or set you up with a storefront on tastetoutshout.com. Please contact us for more information on our e-commerce fulfillment set-up.
